Make a Payment
Clients can now make payments to us online.
When the office is open, money orders can be brought to the front desk to be issued a receipt.
Please do not send payments in the mail if it can be avoided. We are not responsible for late or lost payments .
To make a payment to UCHC, you must:
1. Completely fill out the form below.
2. The address should match the property you are working with.
3. Click the "Proceed to Payment" button, then follow the instructions on PayPal.
4. Only submit one form per payment.
The email you receive from this form is not considered a receipt.
You must complete the payment process through PayPal on the next page to be issued a receipt.
Please do not submit this form more than one time per payment.
