Affordable Insurance Options for Detroit Homeowners

Homeowners insurance helps protect your home, but finding affordable coverage can be difficult. United Community Housing Coalition (UCHC) is helping spread the word about Economic Architecture’s Insure & Save project for Detroit homeowners who do not currently have insurance or want to explore more affordable coverage.

There is no cost or obligation to request information or explore available insurance options.

Economic Architecture works with multiple insurance carriers and agents to help homeowners find policies that fit their coverage needs. Homeowners who already have insurance may be able to save between 20% and 40% on their premiums. Actual savings and available coverage will vary based on the homeowner, property, coverage needs, and available policies.

How to Learn More

Economic Architecture is currently gathering interest and expects to begin connecting homeowners with insurance agents on September 1, 2026.

Homeowners interested in learning more should contact Economic Architecture directly at insureandsave@economicarchitectureproject.org.

There is no cost or obligation to request information. Insure & Save is administered by Economic Architecture. UCHC is sharing this opportunity with Detroit homeowners but does not provide insurance, recommend specific policies, or guarantee coverage or savings.
