Bill Halbower

Bill Halbower holds a B.A. in Finance from Michigan State University and attended Michigan State College of Law for his J.D. He's been an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan since 2015. Since joining UCHC, Halbower has helped staff/supervise the 36th District Court Housing Clinic, Eviction Diversion Program, and represented hundreds of low-income Detroiters facing eviction.

Prior to joining UCHC, Halbower worked with Michigan Legal Services in the tax-foreclosure prevention department, where he received a Spirit of Detroit Award for his help with District 7 Tax Foreclosure Prevention.
