Facing landlord/tenant court can feel overwhelming. UCHC’s Tenant Power Workshops provide education to help tenants understand their rights, learn about the court process, and prepare for what comes next. Choose an available session and complete the registration form. You will receive a confirmation email with your workshop details. These workshops provide education. Attendance does not guarantee legal representation or replace a required court appearance. Please keep all scheduled court dates and deadlines.

Cancellation Policy
Registration Please register for each person attending and provide accurate contact information so United Community Housing Coalition (UCHC) can send your booking confirmation and any updates. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you cannot attend, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible using the link in your confirmation email or by contacting UCHC. Advance notice helps us make space available to others. Arrival Please arrive on time so you can participate in the full session. Check your confirmation email for the location, arrival instructions, or online meeting link. Accessibility and Language Support If you need an accommodation or language assistance, please contact UCHC before your scheduled session so we can discuss available support. Respect and Privacy Please help us maintain a welcoming environment. Treat other participants and staff with respect, and respect the privacy of anyone sharing personal experiences. Do not photograph or record others without their permission. Schedule Changes If UCHC needs to cancel or change a session, we will notify you using the contact information provided when you registered. Tenant Power Workshops These workshops provide education for tenants facing landlord/tenant court. Registering for or attending a workshop does not establish an attorney-client relationship or guarantee legal representation. Workshop attendance does not replace a required court appearance. Keep all scheduled court dates and deadlines.
